Patient is a 62 year old female. She was seen for retreatment of teeth 24, 25, 26 on 5-3-21. We did see her for re-evaluation 4 months post treatment area is not healing as expected a CBCT was taken for comparison. Dr. Malavia is recommending Apicoetomy surgery. Surgery was completed 10-13-21, Final x-ray taken 5-19-2022.

Patient is a 64 year old female. Recommended treatment for root canal on teeth 7 and 9 and retreatment of 10. The first x-ray is dated 6-23-23, procedure was completed 7-7-23. She was seen for 6 months follow up visit 1-10-24 and has had some tenderness and swelling recommended CBCT for comparison. Dr. Malavia did recommend Apicoetomy for teeth #9 and 10, surgery was done 2-20-24. The final x-ray is dated 3-7-25

Patient is a 11 yrs old female patient with temperature sensitivity and pressure discomfort. Root canal was recommended for tooth 10. CBCT notes: Suspected carious lesion; multiple pulp calcifications within the root canal space. Recommended root canal tooth 10 completed 2-19-2025 and her final x-ray dated 8-5-25.

Patient is 87 year old female with recommendation of a root canal on tooth 7. Initial x-ray taken 12-12-2024. Treatment was completed on 12-20-24 and 6 months follow up x-ray taken 6-17-25 and follow up x-ray taken 1-5-26.

9-year-old male sustained trauma to tooth #8 after being hit in the mouth.
2/9/23: Initial X-ray showed #8 with class I mobility. Tooth was splinted to #9. CBCT revealed a complete oblique radicular fracture with suspected palatal displacement.
6-month follow-up: CBCT showed stable fracture with no signs of periapical pathosis, bone loss, root resorption, or ankylosis.
1-year follow-up (8/7/24): CBCT comparison shows a traceable root canal and fully formed root with partial apical development compared to prior scans. Coronal and apical fragments remain in contact with early palatal fusion and decreased inter-radicular space. Surrounding periodontal structures are within normal limits.
